Where is Axone ?

Hello, dear dedicated members,

In celebration of reaching 500,000 visits on Axone Old Computer, I want to share an update regarding AOC's development.
As you may have noticed, we haven't released any major updates since v2, which was launched in April 2024.
In August, I announced RACE and AOCv3, my most ambitious projects to date.
However, I realize now that I may have set my goals too high. Since September, I’ve been enrolled in a computer science program, and it has consumed a significant amount of my time. I simply don’t have the capacity to work on AOC right now.
In addition, I’m part of a team working on a school project this year: we’re tasked with developing a complete game on Unity by the end of the school year. And let me tell you, this project is insane.
For now, I’ve decided to focus on my studies and this school project, as they are incredibly important to me. A lot has changed in my life since September, and I can’t just go back to coding alone in my room without any social interaction, as if nothing had happened.
I have no intention of discontinuing AOC or stopping its development. I'm just officially announcing that the game will probably rest without updates for a long period.

Will Axone die because of its inactivity ?

No. First, we have a wonderful community. That's why I want to thanks every single members, who still look around on this server and talk. You guys mean so much for me and the community. Second, Axone is a company now, and we're not going to make Roblox games for the rest of our lives. I've planned to move on other activities such as game development on other engines such as Unity, Godot or Unreal. We're also getting closer to launching our web development services.
It's just a matter of time, and we need to be patient, lol.

What about AOCv3 and RACE ?

Well, for the moment, their development is officially paused. I'm terribly sorry for the hype I may have created, especially among the Special Crew (beta testers, veterans and server booster). But again, I'm not fully stopping their development. I will eventually find time to work on v3 and RACE again and release them. But I can confirm that they will not be out soon.
Axone and its community mean a lot for me, and I don't want you guys to think that I'm forgetting everything. I'm not. I'm just focusing on new projects and new people. I will for sure return and be active again on AOC, RACE & new projects.
I need to focus on other things that matter for me too, this is just a question of time.
I'll be back, ready and motivated.
